After the instrument has been calibrated and put into use, there is a deviation from the actual level value and the indication is not correct.

1、Re-confirm the process parameters, recalibrate the instrument according to the new density, or use the fixed point migration function to modify the instrument display and output.
2、Adjust the accompanying heat temperature to prevent changes in the density of the medium being measured.
3、Check the local indicator to make sure it accurately reflects the actual level.
The actual level of the device changes and the instrument indication and output does not change with the level or the change is inconsistent.

1、In order to prevent collision damage to the inner displacer and chamber during transportation, the inner displacer will be fitted with an anti-vibration rubber ring, which should be removed during the installation of the equipment. Remove the rubber ring during installation.
2、Check whether there are foreign objects at the inner displacer and lever, and remove the foreign objects.
3、Correct the outer barrel to be perpendicular to the ground.
4、Reinstall the inner displacer correctly.
5、Push the locking device to the unlocked position. (The direction of the arrow)
The indication does not change with the fluid level and the balance lever gets heavy when it is pulled.
